• While we do not offer refunds for completed services, if you are not present at the time of service completion, and there are any issues, please notify us within 24 hours, and we will return to address any missed areas.

Deposit and Booking Terms:

• A 50% deposit of the total estimate is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.
• Deposits are fully refundable if cancellations or rescheduling requests are made at least 72 hours before the scheduled cleaning date.
• For cancellations or changes made within 72 hours, the deposit will be non-refundable and non-transferable. No exceptions.

Payment Policy:

• The remaining balance is due immediately upon completion of the cleaning.
• Full payment is required once the customer is satisfied with the service. No refunds will be issued after payment is received.
• Accepted Payment Methods include: cash, credit card, and online invoice payment. For business accounts, using a purchase order (PO) or charge code is also accepted.

Additional Service Fees:

• We charge extra for moving furniture, cleaning chandeliers, and trash hauling. Please mention these needs when booking to ensure an accurate estimate.
• We do not offer wall cleaning services, as our natural solutions may cause unintended reactions with certain wall surfaces.

Eco-Friendly Cleaning Products:

• We are committed to using all-natural, non-toxic, eco-friendly cleaning solutions that are safe for pets, children, and the environment.
